Why is my life still absolute shit

I wear shoe lifts, mask my autism, and have looksmaxxed my appearance a lot. Im now have no visible signs of autism, am a bit tall in real life, and above average looking. Yet my life still fucking sucks.
 
has to be a grey posting this atleast 1454643 times a day
