Why is my lip sloping on one side?

I have had this problem for such a long time now, im not that self conscious about it when i look in the mirror , but when i take photos its noticeable. Is there any way how i can fix this?

Yeah me too, i think it might be something with my both row of teeth. One of my incisors is slightly turned inward and it makes my lip look smaller on one side
