Why is my maxilla-orbitals are projected, But lower third recessed af?

So basically, mine maxilla-orbitals are projected compared to lower third i was to orthodont he said that i have 1 class bite, pretty wide palate, i asked why i have recessed chin and mandibular he said that it can be because you're 6'2 and like body spends all of its energy on my height and he said that it'll project in next few years "probably", so im asking maybe there is another thing it is recessed or orthodont was right?
