Why is my medial canthus different on both sides

So my eyes look different regarding my medial canthus on each side. There’s like a line on my right eye but not my left.

Do I just cut my left eyes media canthus to solve this? It makes my eye area look aspie as fuck

He’s right it’s like one of those things that nobody notices. It’s like having a pimple on ur ass cheek. Nobody really sees it
