Why IS my memory so Bad?

IT could be much better, but i guess ITS because there is too much noise in my brain, my disc space IS already kinda full.
Autistic brain Setup, focused on Long Term memory rather than short.

Lack of sleep, sleep deprivation are all contributors to memory loss. I have been doing it for years so you can tell my memory is really bad.
