Why is my nose bigger

I used to have a small nose when I was younger, a perfect one almost. Now its as long as Japan's bullet train. I followed all of the right habits growing up but still ended up with some shit that covers 75 percent of my face. None of my family members have a nose like me (Bumpy and wide as fuck at the bottom)
