Why is my nose getting bigger

Hop on accutane. My nose got bigger as I got older due to oiliness and increase in pore size. Accutane reversed both of these issues.

yes if you notice it shifting and a bump forming it is bone if you just see it getting inflamed like pore size and soft tissue (not cartilage) it is from other things you mentioned a bump forming most likely it is deviation pushing it worse and septoplasty is the only way best case might be allergens steroids sprays greatly reduce it but no idea

My pores are big, so i should stop picking it and keep taking accutane to fix it without surgery?

its inflammation steroid sprays and exterior steroid creams can work also accutane should shrink it made my nose from bloated to sharp as fuck now but i did get surgery on it anwyays
