Why is my nose so fucking small?

My body is ogre, and my jawline is big and strong yet my nose is small?

Girls keep saying my nose is small and calling my face cute but i never understood this

How does that happen? is it because losing cartilage? i have a pointy greek looking nose but it used to be big at age 14 - 15 now its very small
Sometimes my nose hurts really bad
