Your hair looks a bit messy in the back too. Learn proper neck posture (practice chin tucks) and maybe trip a little bit of hair from the occipital region. Might mitigate the issue by a bit.

With enough time yes but only if your airways are large enough to still be able to breath while holding good posture in the first place, (some people have nerd neck because they can't breathe in a chin tuck position).
