Yeah, iirc you can only try to atrophy it by chewing and swallowing using only your masseters to chew and swallowing using only your tongue to usher the food, also you shouldn't stuff your face w food.
(You basically want to lessen how much u use and stretch your mouth on a day to day basis ())
