Why is my palate disproportionately narrow?

I don't think I have a narrow face, but when I bare my teeth, it looks as though a child's mouth has been transplanted into mine. Shouldn't my jaw be narrower? My lips aren't narrow either.

Is it the eye area, cheekbones, or something else? I feel like outside of those I look quite ordinary and average.

you should definitely fix up your skin and get some sun and beta carotene in your system for better colouring

Schizophrenic NT projection. This is the only social media I actively use besides instant messaging and some engineering forums. I'm not that type of guy.
