WHY IS MY PALLETE SO FUCKING HIGH

im 14 ive been mewing for the last 4-5 years proper nutrition no vegtables only meat,eggs,fish,8-10 sleep daily and my palette is very high im at a point where mewing has become kind of hard due to my high palette.
