Why is my puberty weird?

I'll become 15 next Wednesday but my voice barely changed from the beginning of the year to now and i still didn't get my growth spurt but i have some bad acne, i get horny all the time, constant urges to masturbate and i get voice cracks frequently. Is there any issues with me?

I'm in the same situation as you, I turned turned 15 2 days after you. My growth has always been a constant of 3-4 cm a year and I still didn't have a growth spurt, i'm 5'4 how tall r u?
P.S call endocrinologist for a visit like i'll be doing soon, just to be sure
