even a slight light change and angle change can make the side pic look diff, irl a true side profile view is very rare, people usually see your 3/4th, mostly from a downward angle for women when they are looking up, but if still really want to see your true side profile the best way imo is just to go to the mall and some shops have changing rooms with multiple mirrors facing each other and then you can check it accurately there

irl probably the last image where you look ur worst. when taking a picture or looking at urself in the mirror we unconsciously make a face to make ourselves look better.
the third image looks worst because you've got a slight nerd neck, poor lighting, bloated or just not mewing so your hyoid isnt raised, fix all of that by keeping ur chin up, proper posture, stay debloated and maintain raised hyoid through whatever methods
