you have a flat maxilla. an ideal one is projected outwards and is wide (forward growth) so to have an idea maxilla you’d need to make it wider and get more forward growth. There’s a bunch of cope methods that I do myself and swear works for this but surgery is always an option. Or you could still be developing and might just grow more bone mass.
