why is my side profile so fucked

My side profile, I know i have a recessed maxilla, I plan on getting lefort 1 or 2, but something causes my lips to be super downturned and it looks shit i hate it so much, its like they have no support, when I put my tounge between my lips it entirely fixes it, how do I achieve this as a long term look without fucking up my teeth?
What surgeries do I need? What do i do to fix it? im so close to roping i hate it so much i hate my lips i actually fraud it 24/7, yes im fat as fuck, im losing weight but surely that cant be the only reason my lips are so downturned. im like 16 and it makes me look like i have jowls im gonna fucking kill myself

Yeah it's mainly because of your recessed maxilla Not only that your mandible could be recessed too because your bite does look fine tbh. So Bi-max in conclusion

Yeah it's mainly because of your recessed maxilla Not only that your mandible could be recessed too because your bite does look fine tbh. So Bi-max in conclusion

I'm pretty sure I dont have a recessed mandible but i guess having a recessed maxilla and mandible would make my mandible look more ordinary

I'm pretty sure I dont have a recessed mandible but i guess having a recessed maxilla and mandible would make my mandible look more ordinary

if your maxilla is recessed and your mandible is aligned with it then obviously its also recessed

You should get double jaw surgery with lefort 2 rather than 1 and get some braces so your teeth move forward and support your lips so they dont sink into your face
