don't get rhino. your main problem is the lip alignment and philtrum. If you move the soft tissue around/ get something done for your chin you'll be slaying. browridge near invisible but looks decent from what i can imagine

idk man. basically your lips are pouty. if you look at the profile of some psl gods they don't have the dip under and over the lips you have. Idk how tofix it but if you just go see a few surgeons i'm sure you can make sumfin work.

U have hump with slight downturned tip
Ur nla is not in the ideal range which is 90/95
Urs is a lil bit lower than 90
Ur Cervicomental Angle is bad The ideal range is 105°–120°
Ur lips are uneven cuz nigga ur lips set behind the tip of nose to the chin

That's an easy fix nigga Tip-Rotation Rhinoplasty combined with Deep-Plane Subnaasal Lip Lift
This surgery will shorten the philtral distance by 3.3 to 7.2 mm and give projection to the upper lip by 2.2mmm/4.3mm
