Why is my skin not oily anymore?

I have always used to have oily skin with lots of acne so I decided to try skincare and today was the first time I used an exfoliator and apparently it made my skin dry af and it wont come back to normal and it hurts ASF

what can I do to make it oily again?

don't use it too often, only when needed, they're pretty harsh on your skin.

yeah I noticed that..., only gonna use it when If I start getting lots of blackheads

goes back to normal on it's own after a while.

make sure your blackheads aren't sebaceous filaments, almost everyone mistakes them for blackheads on this forum but if you treat them as blackheads they get worse.

rub oil on ur skin to make it oily again
