Why is my smile so ugly

I know im ugly even when I’m not smiling, but when I’m smiling, I feel like not human, I look dead and it’s just really weird for me , my friends and people online said it was normal but I can’t see it as normal, so wanted to know if they’re lying just to make me feel good .

I had braces on, it affects your smile and lip position.

I didn't smile for months on end at one point. Stop smiling until braces come off. Stop exposing so much upper gum, you can retrain yourself to smile more horizontally exposing lower teeth too with practice. Practice in the mirror.

It alr gng alot of ppl look worse when smilling, just lose some fat and try to smile less (smaller smile not less frequently, be happy)

Thanks, so is my smile bad or just normal, and like I though I should gain weight , so I could get more orbital fat in my eyes, because I’m now a bit underweight I think, 68 kg at 189 cm , so I thought gaining weight would make me look better. I want to reduce my upper eyelid exposure and like my eyebags from gaining weight
