Don't lift too heavy then, start easy with light weights. You don't even have to lift, do push ups or other body exercises, do that's much harder than lifting imo.I dont workout cuz it hurts

If you don’t have enough money a gym membership shouldn't cost much. If you have some you could even do your homegym but that’s a bit expensive and need some space.I don't even have abs ,but I am close to it ,just no muscles on my upper body ,I think lifting would help ,maybe I will lift soon ,but can't rn

If you start lifting just relax and take your time. Be consistent for a while and just wair when you see you're gaining some muscle.
