I have almost no muscles nor fat on my upper body ,but my face and my legs/ass is fat af .Brutal ,but I think I just need more T tbh

I dont workout cuz it hurts
Don't lift too heavy then, start easy with light weights. You don't even have to lift, do push ups or other body exercises, do that's much harder than lifting imo.

I don't even have abs ,but I am close to it ,just no muscles on my upper body ,I think lifting would help ,maybe I will lift soon ,but can't rn

If you don’t have enough money a gym membership shouldn't cost much. If you have some you could even do your homegym but that’s a bit expensive and need some space.

I have weights at home and I have a pull up bar near my school

If you start lifting just relax and take your time. Be consistent for a while and just wair when you see you're gaining some muscle. Also remember, you don't have to look like schwarzenigger

Feminine fat distribution, brutal. I remember my fat granpa when he was in underwear his legs had visible muscle striation, shredded as fuck, and he had a huge gut. That is a high T obese old man.
