Why is my upper lip like this

My lower lip is wider than my upper lip. Does this have anything to do with my downswung maxilla? Or my geneticly low nasal bone?
 
imbalance in the structural support of the tissue next to the mouth, has nothing to do with bone, it's a skin deep problem.

Theory You probably need your orbitals and midface (nasal aperture) reduced in the vertical dimension and the lf1 area downgrafted.
