i am 1cm shorter than you and my wingspan is 177 (2cm less than height), i wear chunky boots that make me 6'1.5 and my proportions look fine. Also your wingspan will probably grow a bit, normal deviation is +/- 5cm, being 5'11 with a 5'8 wingspan is pretty weird tbh
