Why is never enough?

I'm 5'11 to 6'0, I'm ltn, maybe MTN, but I can be MTN, htn with hardmaxx or softmaxx but very improbably, but it's never enough, I make changes, feel good for a time, and after that I just feel bad again, I want to be like cl or c, but I can't, even if I was, it was never enough, why this happens? It's just for feeling better and having more women's, but I don't talk too much to women's, so idk what to do
