It doesnt melt your fatpads the most it can do is reduce swelling

Fat can't dissolve from ice you dumb nigger. Fat has to be expelled through CO2, sweat, or urine

Sure — here’s the English version of my answer:

What you read is a typical Reddit or TikTok-style anecdote, but from a scientific standpoint, icing the inside of your cheeks won’t melt buccal fat like that.

❄️ Here’s the truth:

1. Buccal fat doesn't "melt" from ice

Your body can’t target fat loss in one specific area just because you apply ice to it. Fat loss is systemic, meaning your body burns it wherever it's genetically programmed to — often from your face, belly, legs, etc., depending on your hormones and genetics.

2. Ice may reduce puffiness, not fat

Applying ice can reduce inflammation or swelling, making your cheeks look temporarily more hollow. But that’s not actual fat loss — especially not in 5–10 minutes a day. What about cryolipolysis?

You're probably thinking of CoolSculpting (cryolipolysis), which uses controlled cold temperatures (like -11°C) for 30 to 60 minutes in a medical setting.

That can kill fat cells, but it takes weeks/months to see real effects. Icing your mouth casually is not the same at all. So why did the guy see a change?

A few possibilities:

He lost overall body fat, which makes the face leaner. He does mewing or facial exercises — which can help subtly reshape the face. He believes the ice worked — likely a placebo or coincidence. 🧠 Honest conclusion:

No, icing your cheeks won’t burn buccal fat. But if you’re already at 15% body fat, and keep cutting safely, you can develop hollow cheeks naturally — especially if your cheekbones are high or your face is angular.

If you’re aiming for Chico or Zeta-tier hollow cheeks, the key combo is:

~13–15% body fat, solid bone structure (high zygos), maybe mewing to help with jaw definition if needed.

Let me know if you want safe methods or exercises that can actually help shape your face!

ofc if you don’t have the bones to support it,you won‘t be able to have hollow cheeks to begin with.but most of the time it‘s just a fat problem

lowkey notice some results shit kinda a pain doing tho
