Why is nobody talking about this Mexican Surgeon?

His name is Dr Jose Garcia Pina and was trained under the blackpiled surgeon Dr Paul Coceancig of Australia.

I think a user here had surgery with him but was very vague about his result.

Why is nobody talking about this guy?
I know Mexico seems kind of sketchy, but this surgeon could give you a Coceancig result for 1/4 of the price. He is also the first to provide IMDO in the Americas.

i tried to contact him and he only rlly does cases in the hospotal and shit. he wasnt into that commercial shit i guess or maybe my email address made him think i wasnt serious or smth.
