I've found that only younger people generally dress nicely. If you're older than 30 you dress more for utility because you have no time to look good. You either get dressed quickly at 4am in the morning to go to your manual labor job or you spend an extra hour getting ready and you get fired and evicted from your home because rent costs 6 gorillion $ monthly.
