Having a perfect symmetrical face is rare, in my case I had ptosis which made one eye smaller, it was corrected via surgery. Also I tend to only sleep on my right side which made it worse, also have had back injury and shoulder injury. In my case its due to muscular imbalance and injuries and just being born that way with lazy eye. It improved my symmetry but still not perfect

I think it might be muscle imbalance for me as well. I find myself tensing my right side temporal muscle more than I do on the left causing my right eyebrow to be slightly higher than the left. Should I consider consulting an ophtalmologist??

Yes especially if it's affecting your health or mental well being like it did for me, I felt tired all the time because I had to tense my muscle all the time to keep my eyes open, I thought it was normal but it's not
