might be deviated septum, if one of ur nostrills is smaller. i saw a guy on reddit say u can larp difficulty breathing to get insurance coverage on a rhinoplasty

i think it means you sleep on the right but i anyways dont know if this shit acutally works for your case because this is more for like asymmetry than size difference but give it a try
