there's been plenty of surgery maxxers, a lot of botches aswell think about it there's not really a surgery you can recommend to the average guy that would 100% ascend him so ur wrong saying its the only "true" looksmax - the only ones you see ascend from surgery are the ones who had failos that only surgery can fix besides those guy 99% of the other ones get botched or look uncanny softmaxxing has the highest ROI for most people

Crippeling is a myth. If you go to a good surgeon risk is literally zero that you become long therm crippled.
(Good surgeon is first world country that is also an orthopedic surgeon i e not only cosmetic and offers you an insurance against complications)

You have to endure a recovery of 3-12 months but what is even a year in your life?
