Why is overt homosexual behavior from black/hispanic males ignored/even praised?

Like hispanic men (and black men to a smaller extent) can dress nice/overly groom themselves/dress as pretty boys/wear jewelry/dance (stereotypes associated with gay men). YET no one accuses them of being closet homosexuals. But if a white guy does any behavior that can be REMOTELY be perceived as gay everyone's "gaydars" are going off like a firealarm! For example, I simply talk with my hands a lot to emphasize my points (We Italian Americans talk with our hands a lot like the stereotype) however some people at work (spics in particular) spread gossip I was a faggot.

Sometimes black/hispanic males can OVERTLY be homosexual/hit on me YET no one bats an eye! (or even denies the behavior). (On a few occasions I have had blacks/hispanics contact me online offering me gay sex ie sucking ME off and wanting to be dominated BY ME etc.) YET these guys are stereotyped as SLAYERS. (if you look at data a FAIR amount of men on gay sites like grindr are black/hispanic).
