pregab is so dangerous bro, u should only have small sips of alcohol or phenibut if ur socially anxious. If you are anxious its most likely to do with ur looks or ur outside appearance or traumas. Deal with them instead of using drugs, drugs should be a gateway and be used as steps to make u more social, not make u reliant on them.

I got a cool psychiatrist she’s really nice. She always says it’s your body so you have to be ok with it. And anyway as I said I am an autist so I had researched everything as I always do and then told her about it and she was like sure let’s give it a try. Normally they would prescribe benzos but I am hesitant with that type of thing as it’s more addictive. In my country normally they are a bit reluctant with meds but after all it is anxiety medication so if you struggle with that it’s not strange to get a prescription for it.
