i feel like it’s overhyped because all it does is suppress ur appetite so u can lose fat but then u will barely start eating enough grams of protein to preserve muscle mass you’ll burn fat but you’ll end up getting like a twig in the process only time reta wouldn’t be that bad if its paired with something that would help build muscle or atleast preserve it lemme know if im wrong abt any of this i could easily be wrong
