Why are foods like rice consistently deemed bad in the majority of American perspectives on nutrition and health? Recently, I've even seen claims that even fish one of the healthiest sources of Omega-3 and protein is unhealthy because it includes heavy metals or other contaminants.

In my coastal town, fish and rice is eaten almost everyday. It's the main part of our diet. My family and the people in my village have eaten fish and rice virtually daily, and not one of us has ever experienced the heavy metal poisoning, obesity, or heart-related issues that these folks mention.

Rice isn't great like every grain, but it's probably the least harmful out of them. The reason it gets criticized is probably because they want people to eat something worse. Plus historically most white countries grow wheat so the manufacturers don't want competition.
The fish that most people eat comes from factory farming and its extremely toxic due to what they get as "food" and all the medication they receive and yes, it can even be contaminated with metals. For example, factory salmon would actually be gray without food color additives that give it rusty color. You should only eat wild fish.
But some sea food actually contains toxins, because it's not strictly speaking natural for us to eat animals that we can't catch without advanced technology.
But it's not just fish - polar bear liver contains cadmium, which probably helps it to live in places where humans can't. So people did actually get sick from eating it and then the same influences that promote wheat used it to create the vitamin A toxicity myth - to keep people unhealthy.
In some way, the "developed" countries are the most enslaved countries and poor countries are where the more natural people live.

That's simply not true, Americans (and most people on earth) are all about carbs. The burger at fast food is 80% plants, even the patty is usually not 100% meat. The food pyramid is 80% carbs (and they don't even put meat in it anymore, they say "protein" to imply you can get it from soy). There's no "fat" macro group in the guidelines either, it's "fats and oils" to imply those are the same thing.

They are the type of mfers who will tell you not to eat liver because it's "dangerous" and causes vitamin a toxicity while snacking on oreos everyday

Big fish, like tuna is bad because of heavy metal accumulation. Smaller ones like mackerel is fine tho

Rice doesn’t have gluten unlike wheat and is easy to digest so I would automatically put it above other grains, if I had to eat it.

Don’t blame meat for what plants did.

Oh yes people in my hometown only eat the local cheaper varities. They are generally small. I've heard eating big predatory fishes at the top of the food chain is not good for you as they contain heavy metals.

Any guy that demonizes seafood or any specific food in general should just send a selfie for better assessment instead of rambling about irrelevant opinions

It's genetic.

But have you tried liver from an animal that haven't been treated with medicine? It's actually sweet. I've been eating moose and deer liver recently. Tastes pretty good.
