From what I've seen all MSM here dismisses any NWO shit as conspiracy theories

Is it because Australia is so far removed from the rest of the Western World that they can afford to prime their citizens for this by showing them "look what's happening on the other side of the world" and the viewers will just take it at face value since they have no way of proving/disproving

Basically yes. Just like Trump & QAnon. Trump won the (s)election in order to keep the plebs who would have otherwise done something, to just sit down on their ass and 'trust the plan'.

I don't think controlled opp could lead to a legit opposition gaining steam cuz the whole point of controlled opp is to lead people astray from the truth and to divide. For example Alex Jones, Tim pool, luke rudkowski etc
