Why are so many people looksmaxxing without actually going to the gym?:feelsuhh::feelsuhh:

I keep seeing guys obsess over skincare, haircuts, jawlines, lighting, even surgery talk, but completely ignore one of the most impactful factors: their physique. It doesn’t make sense to min-max small aesthetic details while skipping something that literally changes your entire frame, posture, presence, and perceived attractiveness.

A decent body isn’t just about muscles either. It improves your face (less fat, sharper features), your confidence, your energy, and even how clothes fit. Yet people would rather spend hours researching canthal tilt or mewing instead of committing to 3–4 gym sessions a week.

It's definately the looksmax with the highest ROI for most people.

What is a good physique? Good clavicles, wide ribcage, thin waist, good insertions, good body length... no matter how heavy the metal you lift is none of that will change.

I recently started coping with gym again, but mostly for mental health benefits & to kinda recompose I didn't lift SHIT in like years, so Im kinda too twinkmaxxed JFL...

Everybody should MOVE their body tbh, when it's to cold for a bike / to take 15.000 steps walk it's the gym
