Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity. This level is many times higher than the U.S. Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for most adults of 600 IU of vitamin D a day.

Overdosing on Vitamin D is hardly possible unless you deliberately try to overdose. Yet everyone still recommends bullshit 3 digit doses per day while everybody and their nan is deficient. :feelswat: Taking 500 IU a day is pretty much useless.

Just eat right, but not too much. Take in as much protein as you can. Fish or Omega-3 products work well too. Exercise daily or strength train. And everything else will work out. Even if you get a common cold bug, thus Covid-19, you'll be okay.

Its same with every suplement. They are trying to get rid of responsibility if some scizos takes 100 tablets a minute For whatever reason

I just realized i could take half of my potassium pills daily and still not die (i could take Like 20+ tablets daily easily + diet)

And maybe calcium might be a problem cause of buildup if you dont use vitamin D

This is correct, just 15 minutes of UV 5 sun gives you fucking 10k iu JFL, imagine thinking that anything bellow 5k would be enough

10k is a perfect amount if you are deficient. You can develop calcium toxicity if you go overboard with it. This forum has a tendency to go way overboard with supplements. I used to take 75mg of Zinc daily like this forum told me to and it made me feel lightheaded/dizzy all the time and gave me copper deficiency.

No, calcium toxicity is a meme if your k2 needs are met. 50k would fix the deficiency 3-5 times faster then 10k, thats the point

No because k2 was originally abundant in wild pasture raised hen eggs, the average content of those eggs of vit k2 qould be 60-110mcg, so you would meet all your k2 needs with just one egg :feelskek:.

Compare this to today where one egg has only 20mcg on average.

Another ancient source was fermented foods especially milk has very high amounts, something that was very common in human evolution cause of lack of refrigeration

well most people nowadays get fuck all vitamin D. but when you take 5-10k/day like I do, idk if not supplementing K2 is a big deal. haven't found any concrete info on it.

Because supplementing vit d isn't really natural and its new. Fat solubles are a more tricky thing, and vit d is a hormone in actuality which makes the whole thing more difficult. But supplementing 100-200mcg of vit k2 with 10k vit d3 isn't that hard

You also have to consider melanin index, bodyfat, age, and so on
Most people aren't young healthy lean and fair skinned so 15 minutes won't be nearly enough

You are still actually correct when it comes to this though, i thought of this in term of caucasin women who need 15-30 minutes of sun for the benefits, but if God knew his religion will expand to african people then this is definitely strange, african women would need more then 1 hour daily for sufficient vit D needs and hijab severely cucks them. How do muslims debunk this? @StreegeReturn
