Like there’s so many things to try first

And I get that it’s definitively the most non cope method there is but the price and the possibility of something going wrong aren’t ideal

And the recovery process for most sounds horrid

IMO it’s not worth for most unless it fixes an extreme outlying feature

the reason people get surgery is because surgery does what softmaxxing and roids cant most of the time

for example a bimax, implants, lip lifts, rhinos etc

most people are already softmaxxed before surgery and even if they arent they can always soft max after surgery
