Why is talking to girls I don't know easier than ones in class?

When I talk to bitches outside my class I get a vibe where they're just easily approachable. Like I could see myself and her linking

But with a girl from class it's a different vibe, I don't talk to them either but I feel like they don't want to be bothered or some shit. I can't see how I'd progress the conversation with them

it's the same as if you have a friend in your friend group and are too scared too ask her out. I would even ask an adriana looking girl out if I didnt know her. rejection itseld isnt scary. but in your social circle it fucking is.
