why is that surgerymaxxing could only do one part at a time but not just copy paste an ideal face?

title, like it is very hard and long to do surgery each part because the harmony is changed each time each feature is modified, its very inaccurate to predict what surgey results and even harder to surgery max part by part? how come I cant just go to a surgeon and ask him to copy and paste david gandy face onto mine?
