I was planning on getting BSSO from Giant but now I'm just going to get it from (redacted) in Thailand since my case isn't all that severe.

Half the question asked in the sub group could quite litterally be answered
Understanding facial ratio's and your folio's
n knowing what surgery fix it.
and doing consultation's with multiple surgeons to hear the input on weather they agree it'll move the needle

that alone will tremendously help you understand
Now knowing this your only question you can ask is:
"what surgoen, what price, and what country" ect.
these arent the best question's cause they raise the price
