Why is the LM community so racist? Genuine question, I am very curious on where it stems from

As someone from America, i always see Europeans say the nword, hard r or not, like its just a normal word. I have only one theory on why this might be, and thats because

In america, We're taught about slavery, its impact, and why the nword is such a bad word to say. But in europe, its not taught

but im curious, economically, on what other reasons there may be

I am black myself. I don't say the following to be an "Uncle Tom" or whatever. But the vast majority of black people are bad citizens. A significant portion of black people engage in crime and thuggery. 50% of black people live in public housing. Most don't work jobs or pay taxes. This is what leads to people being racist towards us. Don't get me wrong, you do sometimes get the race supremacists that hate every race that isn't their own, but the vast majority of black hate stems from the fact that a large percentage of blacks can't function in a civilized society. For example, you rarely hear of whites being racist towards Indians or Asians, because they are civilized people.
