Why is the west unable to find a good plastic surgery template for foids like east Asia did?

I saw a tweet talking about how plastic surgery isn't able to turn ugly/old women into truly attractive women, and that's mostly true for everyone, but I noticed that western "beautification" for women looks generally awful compared to east Asia, if an Asian foid goes on the hardmaxxing route, the results look generally better than the ones you see for white/western women, east Asian plastic surgeons techniques to transform foids based on their natural features work generally well from what I've seen, not everyone turns into a Stacy of course


But when you look at western plastic surgery, only foids with good bases can get any real improvement, it seems like western surgeons haven't developed a template based on white/European features

Erin Moriarty looked much better than the first Asian foid on this post, but her results just look uncanny. Amelia Gray Hamlin also looks scary as fuck and these women aren't broke, they can get some decent doctors, the general standard in the west right now is basically high cheekbone, wide jaw, thick lips, etc. why are western surgeons unable to follow these standards and create a nice harmonious look for every foid? Or at least improve their appearance instead of fucking it up?

Bella Hadid's transformation also comes to mind, she clearly took a picture of Carla Bruni to her doctor but something about her is off, she looks very tranny sometimes

Western plastic surgery also has 27 year old Kylie Jenner looking like this, she's worth hundreds of millions and there's probably nothing that she can do to make her look her age

You're right about the retouching but I wouldn't put it that high on the reasons for this
