Well they are generally the thing that makes the biggest difference, but before and afters of people with ful lists of everything they did would be good

Bro, I never said that all surgeries will ascend or did ascend anybody. But double jaw surgeries alone made such a big difference for many people. Then you can and rhinoplasty and almond eye surgeries

Surgery defo can ascend a lot of people, however it will probably still not be enough to make you a chad, and certain procedures have a habit of looking fake/plastic. There’s some really incredible before and afters from jaw and chin surgerys, but it’s mostly people going from subhuman to normie tier. I think eye area surgeries tend to look more fake and have that look of ‘they’ve had work done’ which you obviously want to avoud

Nobody is going to perform double jaw on you unless you're extremely recessed or have legitimate sleep apnea. Rhino is OK I guess, if your nose is stupidly large. Otherwise, you're paying for a bitch nose. Almond eye is a pipedream, you won't get it

Jaw surgery is highly invasive, good luck trying to get it. Genioplasty really isn't going to have a huge impact. Eye surgeries are a meme
