Why is there no surgery to get a more prominent nose BRIDGE?

I don’t like the idea of fillers or even a cartilage graft. The only surgeries that make the nose bridge more prominent are lefort 2 and lefort 3. There is a surgery where the nasal bones are repositioned, but it’s used to straighten a crooked nose.

The only worth it nose job is if you have a crooked nose so why do you want that. Crooked nose break all the face proportions and seems you're deformed from the side.
