People saying don’t hop on test at 18 unless u want ur balls to shrink, what are they talking about? That won’t happen if you do it properly, and if u do it right even at 500 mg a week with no bloodtests or ai u can get 0 side effects whilst mogging the average natty lifter in months, also people on about u can’t get bone growth cause of plates muh, it increases ur bone density, which isn’t plate reliant so why tf are people saying ts?

Well im a natty supporter cause I did it natty and it worked out great with no side effects of roids. But i may just have decent genes for building muscle cause some people literally have like 100 level test their whole lives and are like 120lbs naturally at 6 foot.

I also tell people cause if somebody doesnt atleast gain the discipline and experience to build a base physique naturally, they are going to go into the gym as a complete begginer and start blasting roids and wont know shit about working out or nutrition and will end up with roid muscles on a skinny, unworked frame. I can always tell who ended up using roids before ever lifting natty for atleast a year or two, cause they look like skinny dudes with anchor arms and have an unbalanced physique cause they dont know anything about programming a routine

Your balls will shrink and they are supposed to shrink if the testosterone is working properly. You can make it unshrink by taking HCG.

You won't be infertile by 30. You'll be infertile in a few days. But also completely temporary. You'll definitely not go bald if you take the proper ancilleries.

Hmm how is the infertility temporary, u mean u gain it back if I ever do pct or is it just what happens when u first pin, also if I notice hair shedding I’ll be ordering fin and dusteride immediately also, just a question, if my balls shrink and stay shrank for like a month or two will hcg still reverse it?

Hmm how is the infertility temporary

Exogenous testosterone suppresses your HPTA axis, which suppresses your natural testosterone production (doesn't matter since you're pinning it back), but it also suppresses your LH and FSH hormones which are responsible for creating testosterone. LH and FSH are also responsible for sperm production, so while pinning you'll have little to no sperm production. This isn't actually toxic to your sperm though, nor does it damage them, you just don't produce any.

When you stop pinning your natural production is no longer suppressed so you will start producing sperm again. In some cases people's natural production doesn't come back 100%. Personally I don't think this is a big issue, you're gonna be fine if you produce 50 million sperms instead of 100 million sperms a day :lul:. The bigger "issue" might be you'll just have lower testosterone. But pinning lifelong is totally an option.

PCT isn't necessary though it's a good idea since it helps your production recover better. You don't have to do PCT however, you can stay on test and pin HCG. This mimics LH and tells your testes to produce sperm, even if you're on test.

Ideally you want to be on dutasteride before it starts shedding. If you don't want to suppress your DHT (or if you're taking masteron or some highly androgenic roid), you can also use topical RU-58841 which is a topical androgen blocker. This only blocks DHT where you apply it.

My starting frame is pretty decent, I had already been going to the gym 3-4 months before hopping on

It's not gonna happen instantly but it will happen sooner or later. 500mg isn't a low amount

If you are 20 years old+ hop on dutasteride

If you don't want to, I still recommend getting RU-58841 there's no reason not to, it's not systemic

the human body in its natty state isnt designed to put on muscle tissue.

there are more mehanisms and pathways in the body designed to keep muscle OFF you and strip it away and stop it from growing, than there are pathways designed to grow muscles bigger.

Simply put, natty training does nothing. End fo story, period.

If your eating like a fat slob and your on 500mg weekly of test imagine how that would effect you, just a waste of test and causes shit health. If you already train and have been training for 1-2 years, its likely you have a good grasp on how nutrition and training works and the most important factor is that you have applied that knowledge and should be consistently following it.

This makes Test alot more useful since you actually know what your doing, just imagine you gave a random person on the street 500mg of test and knowledge about how to actually use it and the optimal training routine, nutrition etc.. but whats the chance they actually follow that consistently?

Its recommended to train for 1-2 years but i mean its your body so you do you. I personally have been training for 5 months and im going on test soon (just trt though whilst im cutting) but its still good to train and learn for a while and get consistent before you hop on.
