Many don't but many do. I went on vacation in Spain and saw MANY people that looked ethnic that were Spaniards. I also saw 1 Spaniard with blue eyed and brown hair so I guess not all the genes are raped yet

There is partial truth to it tbh. I visited Spain once. It looked absolutely nothing like most European countries do. It resembled South-America more than it did Europe. Many of the people there, especially in the poorer areas, were also blatantly brown/ethnic looking.
