Why is thinking about going to the gym better than actually being here

Everytime I think about going to the gym I get a little dopamine but when I’m here I fucking hate it and want to go home:feelsmage:

cause what you’re thinking about is the improvement you’re gonna get out of the gym, not the actual process

it can’t be ass if u got some caffeine in your system and you’re listening to banger music
the exercises are like no more than 2m, the rest in between sets w the music be hitting

because gym is lame genuinely but the idea of movement is good

Yea the music helps and all and I wish I could take pre which I can but I want to start sleeping early , I work out like semi late
