Why is this doctor pressuring me to make a decision so fast

But I’m still hesistant because of premolar extractions and I just want more opinions and not just go with the first person I see. Why does he think I’ll make a decision that will cost me 20k+ That fast?

Look OP I am only going to say this once and only once. Your beautiful, God given premolars are nescessary to no only provide a longer jaw, but they are also the foundation of your bite. Once you get those removed, they will NEVER come back and you will deal with things such as bone loss on your jaw and an emptiness/hole in your heart. No one ever deserves to get their teeth pulled out. Remember with modern medicine, doctors do not try to find ways to look for long term solutions because they want their money now and quick which leads to consequences to the patient. I beg you for dear lord to not get your teeth removed because a doctor is too lazy to not give a single fuck about your health.

My jaw is already small and recessed the surgeon is recommending Bimax+genio+MSE with premolar and wisdom teeth extractions I don't know if you're referring to extraction and retraction but he is saying he wants to make room to give me the most optimal advancement over around 2 years worth of treatment
