why is this forum always down

i literally can never properly post or search anything without something being down half of the fucking time, i wanted to reserch potassium sparing diuretics and other bullshit but the search is always down
maybe its my shitty verizon wireless which is shut off every other day but it's really pissing me off say whatever you want sticks and stones may break my bones but when my wifi is off someone is getting shot up
edit: same thing with the formatting why is the image always in an inconvenient spot i guess that's my fault though
